TIME!! ACCEPT AND REJOICE

“What if I could turn back time to the phase and mend things that today have caused a havoc in my life?” But does this really work? Time they say does not wait for anyone, so all have to walk along with it and use it optimally.

One of the great psychiatrists Karl Menninger rightly said, “Attitudes are more important than facts.” Facts are accepted differently and reactions too are alike. Something goes wrong and the first thing we do is throw the blame on someone. The entire thing seems so easy when we say that if such and such a thing had not occurred, our condition would have been different. But did we really peep within ourselves and see what really went wrong. Open your heart and you ‘d find that you have been your own foe. No one from outside can really do harm to you. It all depends upon the way you accept the situations you are put through.

A break up from your loved one and you start shedding tears, prefer isolation and then you find yourself surrounded by depression all around you. But what if you really see things rationally, accept all a fact of life and then react to it, yet in a positive way. Accept all that comes to you with a strong heart within, there you see…you now are your own friend and not a foe. Those with such optimistic attitude do not refuse to accept any negative phase of life, instead accept it as a challenge and feel satisfied for all that they have.

Time they say is the biggest healer, but when things go wrong every second seems like an hour. Would it then be rational to get tensed by thinking thousand times about what happened? The time has passed away and you have the new time clicking in front of you. Listen to it, make the best use of it and accept all that comes your way with a smile.

Thomas Jefferson also says, “How much have caused us the evils that never happened?” True! One thing goes against our expectations and the rest that is to happen is forecasted by us in advance and we think that our luck is bad and the rest too would be the same way. The opportunities an d good phases that come your way just pass by. This negative thought makes us blind and we miss that we were to receive and then again blame time.

How much right is it to be morose and resentful? A person who is his own friend remains cheerful, buoyant and faces everything in the right spirit. Wont you like to make friends with yourself? No one else knows more of you other that you yourself. What you did and what you did not, what happened and what did not, you know it all, still find faults in outsiders. When all things are clear then why not talk to your self, accept the time that you are going through, be friendly to yourself, think right and right would the happen to you…. no matter how much does time fluctuate.
